Mission

The Susquehanna Education Foundation supports charitable and educational causes that will raise the quality of life of CSIU clients and residents of the Central
Susquehanna Valley.

Objectives

 

• To provide support for at-risk target populations served by the CSIU including, but not limited to, teen parent, migrant, family literacy and Head Start students.

• To provide services to other at-risk populations for scholarships, for post-secondary training, and support for summer camp attendance to Scout camps, athletic camps, and other specialty camps.

• To support expansion of arts programs in the schools through such activities as assemblies, displays, classroom experiences, artist-in-residencies, and coordination with university arts events.

• To provide programs and conferences for youth in science and technology.

• To develop and implement annual fundraising efforts and grant solicitations from corporations, foundations, and individuals.
